Commercial Services

ORTAC (AOC) Ltd is the commercial division of ORTAC Operations Management Ltd and provides specialist aircraft acquisition, delivery and registration solutions and operations structures. ORTA°C has been granted an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) for International Charter by the Director of Civil Aviation of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, known as 2-REG. This means that ORTA°C is able to assist owners in off-setting fixed and operational costs, by making their aircraft available for third-party, commercial charter. This charter facility is personally organised and managed by the ORTA°C team and is tailor-made to suit the individual requirements of each client.

As well as conferring many benefits on clients of ORTA°C, 2-REG is fast becoming internationally recognised for its stringent compliance and safety standards; an efficient approach within civil aviation services, which cuts through traditional layers of slow moving bureaucracy; as well as its friendly, client-focused, customised solutions.

Across Europe, Safety Assessment of Foreign Aircraft (SAFA) ramp checks are routinely carried out by inspectors, who can inspect any aircraft, at any time, to assess whether the craft is airworthy and if the crew is properly licensed.

Finding your way through the aviation regulatory system can be complex, time-consuming and costly process and if your aircraft is found to be non-compliant with the relevant European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) legislation, you could be prevented from operating.

The ORTA°C team has many years of broad expertise, across the aviation sector. Our industry recognised regulatory specialists will make sure that your aircraft and all your crew members are fully compliant with up-to-date safety legislation. Acting as your 'in-house operations team', we will take full responsibility for the on-going safety of your aircraft and deal with all the compliance documentation, so you can fly with peace of mind.
